If the navigation still doesn't launch do the following:. ![]() Back pedal out through the screens and try the 'Navigation' icon. Tap the '? iGO.exe icon and the screen will go back to the address path screen this time with the appropriate address path visible. Click on the appropriate country (there may only be one) then the icons 'Utility' & '? iGO.exe' appears. You should see a file 'Resident Flash' double tap it and the country file or files should appear with the suffix IGO after it. If you don't see this address path then tap the icon next to the address path line. ![]() It should read \ResidentFlash\* IGO\iGO.exe (*being the country of your map of choice). Select the icon 'Navco' which takes you to the navigation exe file path. I am assuming you are running Naviextras iGO on a Windows CE platform if so, check the directory still exists.
